Delivery

Processing Time – General processing time of orders is 3-5 business days unless specified differently in listing. This increase would be relevant to custom orders or for changes to existing items (e.g. changing a pair of earrings from hooks to clip on)

Postage time- I use Australia Post tracked parcels for all orders. Please use the postage calculator from the Australia Post website for a guide regarding estimated shipping times. Please note that these times can be extended during busy periods such as prior to Christmas or due to natural disasters that sometimes affect our postage system in Australia (fires/floods etc).  

Customs & Import Taxes – all customers are liable for any import or customs taxes on international orders. 

Payment Options – PayPal, credit card or Afterpay 

Returns & Exchanges - due to hygiene reasons I do not accept returns on Jewellery products for change of mind. Please contact me regarding Jewellery that is faulty or damaged during transit within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or refund. 

Cancellations – Due to the quick turnaround it is not always possible to cancel an order before it is packaged and posted. Please contact within 24 hours at contact@lauraejewellery.com to arrange cancellation of your order.
